Privacy

This page covers this website and the beta waiting list.

What we keep

If you ask for a place in the beta, we keep your email address and the date you asked. Nothing else: this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking.

Why, and for how long

Only to invite you to the beta. We keep the address until we've invited you, or for a year, whichever comes first.

Who sees it

Jim Sangwine at Code Ministry Ltd, who makes The Archivist. It's stored by Cloudflare, in a database that only this site and the app can reach. We never share or sell it.

The spam check

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to keep bots out. Turnstile processes some information about your browser to do that; see its privacy notice.

Being removed

Write to hello@the-archivist.cc and we'll remove your address. You can also ask what we hold about you.
